Delete your TabataRep account and data

Most people do not need to do anything here. TabataRep works without an account, and if you never signed in, nothing of yours exists on our servers at all — your workouts live only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.

The fastest way: delete it in the app

You do not need to email anyone. In TabataRep, open You (the profile tab) → scroll to Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm twice, and then the account, the profile and every workout summary are removed immediately — from our servers and from the phone.

This is permanent and there is no undo.

If you no longer have the app: request deletion by email

  1. Email info@bobwork.ai from the email address you signed in with — that is how we confirm the account is yours.
  2. Put “Delete my TabataRep account” in the subject line.
  3. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to include anything else.
  4. We delete the account and confirm by reply within 30 days, usually within a few days.

If you want your workout history removed but want to keep your account, say so in the same email and we will delete just the sessions.

Retention

Deleted records are removed from the live database immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. We keep nothing afterwards.

We may retain a minimal record of a purchase where accounting or tax law requires it (company accounting records). That record contains the transaction, not your workouts.

Cancelling your subscription is separate

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so deleting your TabataRep account does not cancel one. Cancel it yourself:
